Element 10: Value-added Elements
This element is not covered by the MBIS.
It aims to assess the services and facilities provided by the building managers in order to add
value to the buildings and to satisfy owners and tenants, e.g.
- accreditation of management systems (e.g. ISO9001, ISO45001, 5S, etc.);
- application of technology to enhance the services;
- residents’ activities and concierge services to residents, etc.
